Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies for new billing applications.
  • Develop and maintain detailed testing plans and schedules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new billing applications.
  • Identify and escalate technical issues impacting billing application performance.
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation of billing application configurations and settings.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on billing application features and functionality.
  • Continuously monitor and improve billing application performance and quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of billing application testing and validation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure smooth operation of billing applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in billing applications.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in billing application setup and testing.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality billing applications on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of billing application configurations and settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
