Job Title: Compliance Manager">

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Direct and Indirect Taxation (GST, Income Tax) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Handle Labour Laws compliance, Return Filings, MCA filings, resolutions, Assessments etc. to maintain a seamless operational process.
  • Ensure timely statutory compliance and support audits, reply of notices and attend hearings to mitigate potential risks.
  • Provide tax planning, advisory, and risk management support to foster growth and minimize liabilities.
  • Dealing with commercial tax departments and consultants/auditors for tax audit, statutory audit and other reviews to ensure alignment with industry standards.
  • Provide Tax related advisory on business transactions, vendor/customers contracts, and new business models to enhance financial stability.
  • Prepare and review monthly and annual tax provisions and tax disclosures in financial statements to ensure accuracy and transparency.
