**Web Digital Mantra IT Services Pvt Ltd: Graphic Designer Role**

We are seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to create visually appealing and impactful designs for various digital and print marketing materials. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling artwork.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Design Creation

  1. Create visually appealing designs for a range of marketing materials, including social media graphics, website banners, infographics, email templates, print advertisements, brochures, and more.
  2. Collaborate with clients and the marketing team to understand design requirements, objectives, and target audience.
  3. Develop design concepts and present them to clients or internal stakeholders for review and approval.
  4. Use creativity and innovative thinking to develop unique and engaging designs that align with clients' brand guidelines.

Branding and Visual Identity

  1. Work closely with clients to develop and refine their visual brand identity, including logos, color palettes, typography, and other brand elements.
  2. Ensure consistency in design and brand messaging across different marketing materials and platforms.
  3. Apply brand guidelines and maintain brand integrity in all design deliverables.

Graphic Design for Digital Platforms

  1. Design engaging visuals for social media platforms, considering the specific requirements and dimensions of each platform.
  2. Create web graphics, including website banners, icons, and illustrations, to enhance the user experience and visual appeal of websites.
  3. Design email templates and newsletters that are visually appealing and optimize user engagement.

Print Design

  1. Create print marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners.
  2. Prepare print-ready files with proper formats, sizes, and color profiles for production.
  3. Collaborate with printers and other vendors to ensure high-quality print outputs.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across various mediums.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with social media design trends
