Product Designer Job

We are seeking a skilled Product Designer to join our growing team in Hyderabad, India. As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating and supporting global digital products for our company. Your work will focus on topics such as revenue management, supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Participating in the entire design process of our digital products and services, from initial research to testing and validation.
  2. Applying Human-Centered Design and Service Design Thinking approaches to guide the discovery and production of low-fidelity and high-fidelity deliverables.
  3. Creating project deliverables such as low and hi fidelity UI prototypes, discussion guides for research, insights reports, and presentations.
  4. Identifying research needs and helping plan and conduct Primary and Secondary Research.
  5. Assisting in synthesizing research to build insights, reframe problems, and provide recommendations that enable our teams to generate and iterate on new solutions.
  6. Cordinating work activities with your digital team, business teams, other IT services, and as required.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8 years of experience designing digital products and services as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • A deep understanding of UX Design disciplines.
  • Proven experience and knowledge on implementation and facilitation of the overall design process using a variety of methodologies.
  • Experience with industry standard design and research tools such as Adobe CC, Sketch, Figma, User testing etc.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity while juggling multiple priorities.
