Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, document, and enhance the PeopleSoft application as per business requirements.
  • Develop innovative solutions for project needs and involve in analysis of latest PeopleSoft features and PUM updates.
  • Diagnose issues, design a solution, and implement it while ensuring project deliverables meet business requirements and delivery timelines.
  • Provide technical information, support, and training to internal customers to assist them in performing and improving their daily work processes.
  • Offer performance improvement suggestions.

Requirements:

  • 1-10 years of PeopleSoft experience.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Expertise on HCM/FSCM/Campus modules and knowledge in various PeopleSoft application modules.
  • Hands-on experience with technical skills App Designer, SQL, BI Publisher, App Engines, CI, AWE, App Packages, and online customizations.
  • Proven ability to evaluate configuration options to leverage PeopleSoft delivered functionality.
  • Must have previously worked on implementation/support upgrade projects.
  • Fluid-related concepts knowledge is mandatory.
  • Expertise in functional and technical documentation.
