Job Description:

This position is a key member of our security team, responsible for protecting our global sports streaming platform from various security threats. The individual will collaborate with a dynamic team to detect, investigate, and respond to security incidents across our diverse technology stack.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain security alerts from various tools including SIEM platforms, EDR solutions, and cloud-based security systems.
  • Lead incident response activities from initial detection through remediation to prevention, ensuring timely and effective resolution of security breaches.
  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify vulnerabilities and recommend steps to prevent future occurrences.
Threat Intelligence & Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyze global threat intelligence trends impacting business operations, focusing on emerging threats targeting broadcasting and streaming environments.
  • Work with real-time attack data to configure new detection rules based on lessons learned from incident analysis.
Security Operations Enhancement:
  • Develop and implement new processes to strengthen security operations, improving overall monitoring and response capabilities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to enhance security monitoring across cloud and on-prem environments.
Stakeholder Support:
  • Provide security expertise to support multiple business units and technical teams, responding to internal security questions and requests.
  • Participate in security awareness initiatives and educate colleagues on best practices, promoting a culture of security within the organization.
Requirements:
  • Strong passion for cybersecurity, particularly threat detection and response.
  • Experience handling complex security incidents and conducting investigations, with knowledge across multiple domains.
  • Familiarity with security tools and technologies, including SIEM platforms, EDR solutions, and cloud-based security systems.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance while managing tasks within set timeframes, prioritizing and organizing work effectively.
