About Visual Designer Position

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Visual Designer to join our team and play a key role in bringing brands to life through effective branding, packaging, and illustration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging branding and packaging elements, including logos, typography, visual identity systems, packaging layouts, and mockups that capture the essence of each brand.
  • Develop creative illustrations and assets that enhance brand storytelling and make them memorable.
  • Create innovative social media creatives and campaigns that complement brand identity and resonate with target audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with strategists, copywriters, and account managers to ensure visuals align with brand positioning and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, packaging innovations, and digital-first branding styles to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding and packaging design, with a clear understanding of how to create impactful visuals.
  • 1-2 years of experience in design, with a solid foundation in Adobe Creative Suite and proficiency in using AI to elevate design.
  • Experience with illustration and visual storytelling, as well as a deep understanding of visual communication, typography, and color theory.
  • The ability to interpret client briefs into creative, strategic design solutions that meet their needs and exceed expectations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines, while maintaining high-quality standards.

Bonus Points:

  • Agency experience, especially with direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands.
  • A passion for working with a small, like-minded team.

This is a full-time position based out of Surat, India. Our office hours are 10-6, Monday to Friday.
