Job Title: Mobile Automation Testing Professional

As a skilled Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining test automation frameworks from scratch. Your primary focus will be on driving automation strategy with a long-term vision, incorporating innovative and scalable solutions.

About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity to lead a team of skilled testers in coding standards and testing best practices. You will be expected to provide leadership across multiple teams, guide and mentor junior automation testers, and ensure consistency in testing principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop test automation frameworks from scratch using Selenium WebDriver and Selenium Grid.
  • Drive automation strategy with a long-term vision, incorporating innovative and scalable solutions.
  • Build and maintain robust test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Selenium Grid.
  • Apply strong Java programming skills in developing test scripts and frameworks.
  • Perform API testing and integrate it with automation pipelines.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and reporting.

Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in Selenium WebDriver and Selenium Grid.
  • Strong background in Java programming.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
  • Solid understanding of core testing principles and software quality assurance.
  • Proficient in RESTful API testing and automation.
  • Experience in mobile automation testing (minimum 1–2 years).
  • Ability to lead and manage teams across different projects or modules.
  • Creative and innovative problem-solver with a strategic mindset toward automation.
