Digital Customer Experience Lead

As a seasoned professional in the field of digital customer experience, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and intuitive experiences across web and mobile platforms.

  • Translate business and product vision into actionable strategies,
  • Govern releases across mobile and web,
  • Ensure integration readiness with backend APIs,
  • And champion customer-centric design across the entire digital lifecycle.
About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced leader who can own the roadmap for digital CX across web and mobile platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in translating product requirements into backlog items and sprint deliverables.
  • This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with engineering, QA, and design teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the strategy for delivering exceptional digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including product, engineering, and design teams.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver high-quality features and functionality.
  • Ensure feature parity and phased rollouts across iOS, Android, iPadOS, and web.
Tech Readiness & System Integration:
  • Evaluate technical feasibility and collaborate with engineering teams on API contracts, secure integrations, and performance optimization.
  • Oversee CI/CD, app store submissions, and release checklists for mobile/web.
  • Ensure accessibility, SEO, SSR readiness, and PWA optimization.
Customer Journey & Experience Optimisation:
  • Collaborate with design and platform leads to ensure OS-native UI/UX (iOS HIG, Material Design).
  • Embed analytics, crash reporting, funnels, and in-app communication tools (Mixpanel, Firebase, WebEngage).
  • Partner with MarTech to design push campaigns, personalization, and customer journey tracking.
Stakeholder & Release Management:
  • Act as the single point of contact for Product, Engineering, QA, and Design teams on CX delivery.
  • Coordinate regression testing, cross-browser/device testing, and QA cycles.
  • Establish release playbooks, rollback strategies, and incident management protocols.
  • Track KPIs such as app ratings, funnel performance, crash rates, and adoption metrics.
