We are currently seeking an experienced Frontend Developer to lead the development of our company's Ruby on Rails applications. This is a mid-to-senior level position that requires in-depth knowledge of building frontends for web applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript, as well as a good understanding of UI/UX design principles. You will be working independently but collaborating closely with a small team of experienced engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop user-facing features for Ruby on Rails applications using Tailwind CSS, HTML, and Stimulus JS.
  • Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
  • Collaborate with Rails engineers to integrate frontend components with backend logic.
  • Ensure accessibility, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3–6 years of professional experience in frontend development.
  • Proven experience building frontends for Ruby on Rails applications.
  • Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript.
  • Tailwind CSS experience is highly preferred.
  • Stimulus JS experience is preferred (or willingness to work without heavy frameworks).
