We are seeking a skilled nursing professional to provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Administer medications safely and efficiently, while documenting patient information accurately.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans that meet individual needs.
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatments to promote understanding and adherence.
Requirements:
  • Strong clinical skills related to patient care and medication administration.
  • Experience with documenting patient information and developing patient care plans.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with healthcare providers and educate patients and families.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • A Registered Nurse (RN) license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred.
