About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our strategic planning initiatives. As a key member of our Commercial Solutions team, you will be responsible for driving annual planning cycles and multi-year strategic planning in alignment with organizational goals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans that align with business objectives.
  • Analyze industry trends, global reports, and best practices to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide data-driven insights, market analysis, and recommendations to leadership.
  • Prepare business cases, financial projections, and feasibility assessments for new initiatives.
  • Engage in business development and M&A projects by identifying targets and supporting due diligence processes.
  • Foster relationships with internal stakeholders to support business operations.
  • Design project plans, facilitate team meetings, and ensure workflow process adherence.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • A master's/MBA degree is preferred.
  • 3-7 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or related fields.
  • Exceptional project management skills with concurrent initiative management.
  • Proven communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analysis skills.
  • Advanced data analysis and visualization skills.
  • A passion for continuous learning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, mainly PowerPoint and Excel Analysis.
