IT Service Management Developer

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Management developer to join our team. As a key member of our technology group, you will be responsible for developing and integrating IT service management solutions with enterprise systems and third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and integrate IT service management solutions with enterprise systems and third-party applications.
  • Customize ITSM modules, workflows, and user interfaces to meet business needs.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Configure foundation data, ITSM modules, and CMDB reconciliation jobs.
  • Maintain detailed documentation, including design specifications, testing plans, and user guides.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and IT teams on IT service management functionalities.
  • Stay updated with IT service management enhancements and recommend improvements for better performance.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions for IT service management monitoring.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of customization, API integrations, and workflow automation in IT service management tools.
  • Hands-on experience in ITSM, CMDB, digital workplace advanced, and iPaaS integrations.
  • Experience with Remedy Single Sign-On, Mid-tier, Smart IT, and Helix Dashboard.
  • Expertise in configuration management, including CMDB reconciliation, datasets, attributes, and notifications.
  • Ability to develop reports, dashboards, and automation scripts for IT service management monitoring.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience in troubleshooting and debugging IT service management issues.
  • Good understanding of enterprise IT service management processes and service management best practices.
  • Experience with HTML-based notification customization and UI enhancements.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
