Chief PLM Operations Manager – Global Healthcare Upgrade

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead a critical global Windchill v13 upgrade project.

About This RoleThis key position focuses on upgrading and modernizing PLM systems while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop detailed project plans and implementation schedules aligning with PMBOK standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Manage change control processes and oversee overall project execution, including structured problem-solving for challenge resolution.
- Serve as the escalation point for project risks and issues.
- Oversee validation protocols and compliance deliverables in accordance with FDA, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate BOM structures, ECN workflows, and product data governance.
- Ensure seamless integration between Windchill and SAP NSP/ECC systems.
- Negotiate vendor relationships, enforcing SoW/T&M terms, and resolving conflicts between system integrators.
- Lead steering committees, executive reporting, RAID log ownership, and cross-vendor governance.
- Drive organizational change management through training plans, communications, and adoption metrics.
- Bachelor's degree + 8 years, or Master's degree + 6 years of related experience.
- 8+ years of experience leading IT projects in matrixed environments.
- Extensive experience in the life sciences industry, with strong exposure to validation.
- Deep knowledge of PLM platforms (preferably PTC Windchill), PDM processes, and Quality Management Systems.
