Job Description\

We are seeking a seasoned data validation expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of SQL and Database Concepts, with extensive experience in ETL Testing and Python Scripting for automation.

The primary responsibility of this role is to design, develop, and execute comprehensive ETL test cases and test plans to validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes. Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to apply strong SQL and Database Concepts for extensive data validation, reconciliation, and integrity checks across various data sources and targets.

Key Responsibilities\
  • ETL Testing: Create detailed ETL test plans and test cases to ensure accurate data processing and delivery.
  • SQL & Database Expertise: Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and database scripts to validate data quality and integrity.
  • Python Scripting: Utilize Python scripting skills to automate test execution and data validation processes.

Furthermore, the selected candidate will work closely with data engineers, developers, and business analysts to understand data requirements and ensure data quality throughout the lifecycle. Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and stakeholder management abilities are also essential for this role.

  • Extensive experience in ETL Testing and SQL development.
  • Strong knowledge of Python programming and data analysis techniques.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data visualization tools and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
