Primary Responsibilities

  • Design, build, deploy, and operate supply chain planning applications to ensure integrated and efficient supply chain operations.
  • Work on global transformational projects and IBP change requests, primarily in the area of SAP IBP Demand Planning and Response & Supply Planning.
  • Ensure business continuity through operational excellence of responsible applications and collaborate with internal teams and business partners to identify, classify, and prioritize customer issues.
  • Partner with leaders within the business and IT to drive SAP planning solutions to harmonization, optimization, and operational excellence of ERP solutions.
  • Understand and document process flows, integration points, forms, and workflow requirements impacting areas of responsibilities and collaborate with the team to clarify vision, scope, and capabilities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Master's or bachelor's degree with 5 to 10 years of experience in SAP IBP.
  • Experience with full SAP IBP Lifecycle Implementations and integration between SAP ECC and IBP.
  • Strong SAP technical skills, including IBP, ECC, and S/4 HANA, with a willingness to learn new and innovative solutions.
  • Good understanding and practical consulting experience with SAP IBP Demand Planning or SAP IBP Response & Supply Planning.
  • Strong understanding of overall business processes for the tooling industry and business process knowledge related to supply chain planning processes.
  • Ability to map business processes to SAP functions and strong knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and integration with other SAP modules.
  • Functional, configuration, and/or development experience in SAP APO (DP, SNP) and SAP ECC (CIF, MRP) is a great bonus.
  • Practical experience with projects involving SAP S/4 HANA or SAP Certification.
  • Preferred knowledge of IT tools like ServiceNow, Microsoft apps, and Power BI.
  • Experience in working with multiple teams across matrixed organizations in various locations to implement solutions.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, as well as a strong collaborator, with the ability to make informed decisions using data analysis, integration, and constructive thinking.
