AI Innovation Leader

We're seeking an accomplished AI innovation leader to spearhead the development and deployment of cutting-edge generative AI models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art generative AI models tailored for enterprise applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest research trends and innovations in generative AI to continually enhance our solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into our SaaS platforms.
  • Work closely with product teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI features.
  • Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning to ensure high-quality and efficient AI outputs.
  • Optimize model performance through rigorous testing, hyperparameter tuning, and evaluation using relevant metrics.
  • Support the deployment and maintenance of AI solutions in production environments.
  • Implementing feedback mechanisms to refine model responses.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven, hands-on experience in generative AI.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy state-of-the-art generative models using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP): Experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT) and conversational AI frameworks.
  • Machine Learning & Generative AI: Familiarity with model training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
  • API Integration: Ability to integrate third-party AI services.
