Lead Enterprise SaaS Engineering Initiative

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the delivery and execution of our Enterprise SaaS platform. This individual will play a critical role in delivering a consistently world-class customer experience by partnering with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive the delivery and execution of platform engineering roadmap by imbibing a strategic outlook from the outset.
  • Own timelines, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment across all levels, fostering transparent communication around shared outcomes and customer expectations.
  • Drive AI-first program thinking by grounding decisions in metrics, facts, and structured narratives to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Identify dependencies and risks early and mitigate them before they become a crisis.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in leadership roles within software development, preferably in an enterprise environment.
  • Skilled and experienced in driving large-scale software engineering initiatives involving cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Past experience in establishing and driving metrics-driven decision making.
  • Ability to manage fast-changing priorities and bring clarity to ambiguity, common in AI development cycles.
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong technical foundation in system design and architecture, distributed systems, API design principles, performance, scalability, and security.
  • Knowledge of authentication vs authorization, identity and access management frameworks, multi-factor authentication, and role-based access control.
  • Exposure to APM tools like Datadog and proficient in leveraging AI tools and LLM-based solutions to enhance team productivity.
