Exhibition Marketing Coordinator

Job Description:

We're seeking a skilled Exhibition Marketing Coordinator to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have experience in event marketing or management, preferably in the B2B or SaaS industry. They will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing logistics for U.S. trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and corporate events.

This role requires strong project management and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation abilities. The coordinator will oversee booth design, event branding, and on-site execution, while collaborating with sales and product teams to align event objectives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an exhibition strategy to increase brand visibility and drive sales leads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing and sales objectives.
  • Manage event budgets and vendor relationships to ensure successful event execution.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment rental.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in event marketing or management, preferably in the B2B or SaaS industry.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
