Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in social design for consumer brands or media, preferably with finance/fintech expertise.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing Instagram-first work, including carousels, thumbnails, short-form graphics, and data illustrations.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator), with basic knowledge of After Effects and Premiere for motion.
  • Ability to effectively visualize data (turning numbers into clear, digestible graphics).
  • Strong foundations in typography and layout, with an emphasis on detail and consistency.
  • Capacity to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and a working knowledge of Hinglish tone for culturally relevant posts.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience designing for WhatsApp campaigns and YouTube (thumbnails that drive CTR).
  • Familiarity with AI/automation tools (e.g., Firefly, Midjourney, Runway) to enhance workflows.
  • Basic illustration skills (simple, on-brand characters/icons).
