Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Executive to join our team at Raveone Consultants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a focus on factory operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure awareness and adherence to Indian Factory Act and associated clauses
  • Manage all relevant forms and documentation
  • Coordinate factory inspections and audits
  • Stay up-to-date on statutory and regulatory acts and laws
  • Develop and implement performance appraisal procedures
  • Monitor attendance and salary administration
  • Handle EPF, ESI, and other employee benefits
  • Address grievances and resolve conflicts
  • Proficient in MS Office, with fluency in Hindi and English
  • Assist with recruitment procedures and coordinate with manpower consultants
Requirements

A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, with a pleasing personality and strong communication skills.

Benefits

Competitive salary range: ₹22,000 - ₹34,000 per month, plus benefits including payroll, attendance, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
