AI Software Engineer - 17853

We're seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack AI Engineer to join our team. As an expert in AI software development, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying cutting-edge AI models.

This role requires a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles. You should be proficient in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Node.js/NestJS. Experience with modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js is also essential.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ai Model Development: Design and implement AI models using efficient, production-ready code.
  • Performance Evaluation: Test and rank model outputs to evaluate performance.
  • Model Fine-Tuning: Use datasets to fine-tune models for SFT and RLHF.
  • Code Review and Testing: Conduct thorough code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality code.
  • Innovation: Identify opportunities to innovate and improve AI models by shaping new strategies to make AI more useful, safe, and aligned with real-world needs.

We're looking for candidates who are:

  • Strong in Programming Skills: Experienced with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Node.js/NestJS.
  • Frontend Framework Expertise: Proficient in modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Modular Development: Comfortable with modular development, scalable systems, and secure coding practices.
  • Docker Experience: Skilled with Docker.
  • Effective Communication: Clear communicators who can explain their work in excellent English.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • LLMs Experience: Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT, prompting, fine-tuning).
  • Test-Driven Development: Background in test-driven development, QA, or automated testing.
