  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Research, write, edit, and proofread high-quality technical content including blogs, articles, whitepapers, case studies, website content, and product documentation.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to create user-friendly content for IT products and services.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into simple, engaging, and SEO-friendly content.
  • Stay updated with the latest IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice, tone, and style across all technical content.
  • Optimize content for SEO and align with digital marketing strategies.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and user guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong understanding of software development, IT services, cloud technologies, and digital solutions is required. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, English, Communications, or a related field is preferred, along with minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Technical Writer/Content Writer in the IT industry.

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Experience in writing for B2B SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or IT consulting firms.
  • Familiarity with tools like Markdown, Git, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
