Strategic Purchase Manager for Office Interiors

Aldecor is seeking a seasoned procurement expert to lead end-to-end purchase operations for office interior projects. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in purchase management within the interior design, construction, or civil industry.

  • Develop and execute cost-efficient purchasing strategies to optimize resources.
  • Build and sustain robust vendor relationships to ensure quality, competitive pricing, and reliability.
  • Manage supplier evaluations and risk assessments to maintain quality and compliance.
  • Oversee purchase orders, contracts, and price negotiations with vendors.
  • Coordinating closely with design, project, and finance teams to align purchase workflows.

The successful candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines seamlessly. Proficiency with purchase management tools, ERP systems, and MS Office is preferred.
