Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to maintain a strong background in coding and automation testing with 5+ years of experience in JavaScript technologies.

  • Maintain expertise in Automation Testing Techniques and Tools such as Playwright, Cucumber, Appium, and Selenium.
  • Develop scalable and highly available Restful APIs/Microservices using JavaScript technologies.
  • Design and implement end-to-end Automation test suites using Playwright or Selenium, preferably adopting a BDD approach.
  • Gain practical experience with GraphQL.
  • Apply CI/CD principles and actively resolve issues in distributed services ecosystems.
  • Understand containerization concepts and have experience with Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Be familiar with API gateway integrations like 3Scale.
  • Have knowledge of Single-Sign-on or token-based authentication (Rest, JWT, oAuth).
  • Possess expert knowledge of task/message queues, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Pushpin, and Kafka.
  • Adhere to best Coding, Testing, Security, Unit testing, and Documentation standards and practices.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in JavaScript technologies.
  • At least 1 year hands-on experience in TypeScript.
  • Expertise in Automation Testing Techniques and Tools.
  • Strong knowledge in development and testing of scalable and highly available Restful APIs/Microservices.
  • Ability to create end-to-end Automation test suites.
  • Practical experience with GraphQL.
  • Understanding of containerization concepts.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of API gateway integrations.
