Mobile Application Developer and Trainer

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Application Developer and Trainer to join our team. As a Mobile Application Developer and Trainer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android platforms, ensuring performance, scalability, and best practices.

You will also act as an instructor, delivering Flutter app development sessions to clients in Western countries. Your role will involve helping customers understand key concepts and best practices in Flutter development, serving as a trainer and assisting in training fellow team members as required.

Your duties will include ensuring that all training sessions are of high quality and properly executed, capturing feedback from every session and student, and updating it in the database and sharing with senior management for review.

You will utilize strong communication, diction, enunciation, and delivery skills to effectively deal with international students. You will also handle online delivery and meeting platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and be well-versed in using Google suite applications.

You will work on projects that require intensive teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration, contributing to the overall success of the team. Additionally, you will organize and deliver sessions for students after onboarding and training, maintain proper communication with students and parents to ensure excellent customer service.

Your role will also involve collaborating with other instructors on group projects and supporting the effective delivery of training. You will communicate with customers about their upcoming sessions, curriculum plans, and more. You will facilitate regular assessments of students and provide detailed feedback to customers to help improve learning outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you must possess technical skills including a strong understanding of coding (Flutter or React Native) with hands-on experience in building mobile applications. You should demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with international students and customers.

You should also be familiar with platforms like Zoom and Google Meet, as well as proficient in Google suite applications. Your ability to maintain clear and professional communication with students, parents, and clients is essential. You will manage a calendar of sessions, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of training.
