We are seeking an experienced Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) Administrator to oversee, maintain, and optimize our ERP system to meet business needs. This role involves configuring the software, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless integration with other business systems.

• Manage and maintain the Epicor Prophet 21 ERP system, including upgrades, patches, and configurations.
• Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
• Provide end-user support and training for the P21 system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues promptly.
• Configure workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet business requirements.

• Knowledge of distribution and supply chain processes.
• Experience with Crystal Reports, SSRS, or other reporting tools.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g, Python, PowerShell) for automation.
• Certifications in Epicor Prophet 21 or ERP administration.

$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
