Job Title: Academic Instructor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and accomplished academic instructor to deliver high-quality teaching, research, and service activities in Electrical Engineering.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate students in Electrical Engineering.
  • Develop curriculum materials for new courses or academic programs in relevant fields, focusing on foundational knowledge and practical applications.
  • Collaborate with faculty members on interdisciplinary projects, promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Participate actively in departmental meetings and contribute to the formulation and implementation of academic policies, ensuring excellence in teaching and research.

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidates must hold a B.Tech, M.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
  • A minimum of 1 to 5 years of teaching experience in an academic or industry setting is required.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of principles, with the ability to apply this expertise in both teaching and research, is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with students, colleagues, and external partners are necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Candidates with a Ph.D. / NET Qualified in B.Tech, M.Tech will be given preference.
