Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify quotations with purchase orders, prepare performa invoices, track debtors, and create management information systems.
  • Issue tax invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills, coordinate with relevant personnel for dispatch, send mail and courier invoices to clients, and check purchase invoices with goods received notes and purchase orders.
  • Process purchase invoices, debit notes, credit notes, payments, receipts, expenses, and entries in Tally.
  • Verify purchase invoices with goods received notes and purchase orders, release payments accordingly after checking vendor ledgers and deducting tax at source if necessary.
  • Record debit/credit card expenses, collect bills, perform monthly reconciliations, check employee general expenses, process payments, pay monthly utility bills, and other monthly due payments (rent, maintenance, etc.).
  • Manage factory petty cash, office petty cash, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare GSTR1 and GSTR3B for all companies monthly, GSTR9 annual returns, work on TDS, and make online payments, TDS returns, and TDS 26AS reconciliations.
