Job Description:

The primary goal of this position is to create high-quality technical documentation. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for producing clear and accurate content that meets our company's writing style guidelines.

In order to achieve this, you will work closely with product and delivery teams to gather information from agile meetings, specifications, supplemental material, and discussions with subject matter experts.

You will then use this information to develop user guides, FAQs, and product technical overviews that are technically accurate and easy to understand.

This role requires excellent writing, editing, and reviewing skills, as well as experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

A strong understanding of MSTP is essential, although familiarity with programming languages is not necessary but will be beneficial.

Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), and Visio is also required.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop target audience profiles and create documentation that conforms to our writing style guidelines.
  • Document new features and maintain existing documentation versions.
  • Work closely with product and delivery teams to deliver high-quality technical documentation.
  • Obtain product information from agile meetings, specifications, and discussions with subject matter experts.
  • Participate in peer review processes to improve documentation quality.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of existing documentation processes, standards, checklists, and templates.
Requirements:
  • Proven English writing skills
  • Knowledge of MSTP
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
  • Excellent decision-making and planning skills, strong research skills, and high attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with positive attitude and analytical skills
  • Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), and Visio
