Job Overview:
- As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and brand-consistent visual assets, including banners, product images, GIFs, emailers, and creatives for retention campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Development: Collaborate with growth and editorial teams to design creatives for retention and acquisition platforms such as WhatsApp, Google Ads, etc.
- Conceptualization: Conceptualize new ideas for online campaigns and promotions, staying up-to-date with current D2C brand and marketing design trends.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements:
- Professional Experience: 1+ years of professional experience in a D2C brand, preferably with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing design skills with recent work.
- Format Versatility: Proficiency in various formats, including 2D statics, GIFs, videos, and an eye for beautiful typography, design systems, and minimalism.
- Time Management: Good time management and collaboration across teams.
About the Role:
You will work directly with the Growth & Marketplaces team to develop visual assets that lay the groundwork for our brand's expansion. Your creativity and skillset will help bring innovative ideas to the table.
