AI Systems Engineer

We're seeking a hybrid of a data scientist, computer scientist, and software engineer who thrives on building, experimenting, and deploying real systems at scale. If you've ever wanted to go beyond research notebooks and ship production-grade AI products, this is your playground.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Build End-to-End Pipelines: Develop pipelines for data ingestion, cleaning, embeddings, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Engineer Scalable Infrastructure: Architect APIs, microservices, and data systems (structured + unstructured) that integrate into live products.
  • Experiment & Ship: Prototype generative AI tools, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and autonomous agents—and push them into production.
  • Full-Stack Thinking: Move fluidly between model work, backend engineering, and systems design.

Required Skills:

  • Strong programming background in Python, Node.js, or similar, with deep comfort in software engineering best practices.
  • Experience with ML/AI frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.
  • Knowledge of data engineering & databases (SQL/NoSQL, vector DBs like Pinecone/Weaviate, cloud storage).
  • Familiarity with MLOps and deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Hands-on exposure to retrieval systems, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.
