Lead Commercial Interior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Commercial Interior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of commercial interior design and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, ensuring projects are executed within scope, budget, and timeline parameters, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans for commercial interior design and construction projects, including establishing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, by identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, and addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
  • Oversee project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness, by analyzing and optimizing resources and processes.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards are met throughout the project lifecycle, by conducting regular audits and assessments.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity, by analyzing data and trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) managing commercial interior design and construction projects, with a strong track record of delivering successful outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of interior design principles and construction processes, including knowledge of materials, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Asana, Trello, and other relevant systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
