About the Role

We are seeking a Data Transformation Engineer to join our product development and delivery team. This role involves building the intelligence infrastructure that powers enterprise transformation in complex telecommunications and IT Asset Management environments.

You will design robust data pipelines, build scalable business intelligence solutions, and drive data-powered outcomes that enhance client value across telecom operations and IT asset management.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement ETL pipelines using modern tools.
  • Develop high-performance database structures and queries for telecom and ITAM analytics.
  • Create business intelligence dashboards and reports using Power BI, SSRS, or Tableau.
  • Architect data integrations between legacy telecom systems and cloud-based ITAM platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Lead data migration projects and ensure enterprise-grade data quality.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience with SQL databases (MS SQL Server required).
  • 5+ years of experience with modern ETL tools.
  • 5+ years of business intelligence/reporting experience (Power BI, SSRS, Tableau).
  • Telecom domain knowledge (OSS/BSS systems, network infrastructure).
  • ITAM expertise (software/hardware lifecycle, license compliance).
  • Cloud experience (AWS, Azure) and programming skills (Python, R).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
