Job Title:

Data Driven Solutions Lead

This role involves overseeing projects, managing teams and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP BASIS, functional consultants and business analysts to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions and provide design thinking approach.
  • Work closely with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent.
  • At least eight years of experience in one or more SAP modules.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics.
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA and other SAP modules.
  • Proficiency in developing CDS views, AMDP with deep knowledge of SQL scripting and SAP HANA modeling.
  • Ability to use Service Marketplace to create tickets, research notes, review release notes and solution roadmaps as well as provide guidance to customers on release strategy.
  • Exposure to other SAP modules and integration points.
  • Excellent communication, client management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Familiarity with ABAP programming and SAP HANA SQL Script.
