Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations for Identity & Access Management – Data Services by aggregating native Userdata to Onecert and adhering to established protocols.
  • Maintain data quality through monitoring activities and achieve monthly metrics.
  • Ensure periodic refresh of Userdata to Onecert, enabling effective IAM controls such as Leaver/ Mover, User Access Review etc.
  • Prioritize adherence to process for generating reports and follow defined escalation procedures to source Userlists.
  • Support requests from business/stakeholders to source Userlists and SAM Documents.
  • Implement Onecert catalogue changes based on Security Access Matrix request updates.
  • Collaborate with external teams for Userlists sourcing and highlight risks pertaining to IAM process and the Bank.
  • Aid IAM leaders in maintaining and enhancing IAM processes.
  • Exemplify good working etiquette, strong teamwork and communication within the team.
Regulatory & Business Conduct
  • Demonstrate conduct reflecting the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding high standards of ethics across Standard Chartered Bank.
  • Effectively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
  • Lead the IAM Data Services team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank's Conduct Principles: Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Sailpoint certifications.
  • Excel VBA and macros certifications.
  • English language proficiency.
