Creative Content Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Editing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our content creation department, you will play a crucial role in crafting engaging video content that showcases our brand's personality and values.
About the Role:
- Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished final deliverables for various platforms including social media, web, and internal communications.
- Add graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and music to enhance video quality and captivate audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive content strategies aligned with our brand guidelines.
- Optimize videos for different platforms ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
- Maintain organized file management and version control systems.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a professional Video Editor (portfolio/reel required).
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or Canva.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and timing.
- Familiarity with basic sound design, color correction, and motion graphics principles.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
