Software Testing and Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Testing and Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in understanding overall different software development life cycles and also testing life cycles. They will be able to communicate effectively through good oral and written communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing, training, and mentoring resources on testing best practices and methodologies
  • Ensuring that testing and validation processes are improved continuously and motivating the team
  • Collaborating with the automation team to share functional knowledge, develop scripts, and remediate issues
  • Preparing comprehensive test reports

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for immediate joiners. The notice period applies accordingly.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Expertise in SAP MM – Material Management-L3
  • Experience in SAP testing (a must)
  • Experience in SAP S4 implementation (good to have)
  • Proficiency in coordinating with Business analysts, ABAB teams, and Functional analysts
  • Ability to design End-to-End business process flows and utilize Test management tools
