About Our Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the high availability and performance of our digital infrastructure.

Our ideal candidate will have experience with AEM environments, deployment, and configuration. They will also possess strong troubleshooting skills and be able to coordinate with development teams to resolve incidents efficiently.

The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of AEM Sites, AEM Forms, Adobe Cloud Manager, Splunk, Adobe Analytics, and GitLab CI/CD. Additionally, they will have experience with incident management, performance monitoring, and SSO using Ping Identity.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain AEM environments to ensure high uptime
  • Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with development teams
  • Perform deployments, environment configurations, and support Adobe Cloud infrastructure
  • Maintain logs and alerts using tools like Splunk and Adobe Analytics
