We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and support.

Responsibilities:
1. Installation and commissioning of equipment as per appointment and guidelines
2. Demonstrating and explaining the advantages of HSI PPP solutions to customers
3. Supporting customers with upgrade solutions required in Home and Security
4. Troubleshooting issues faced by customers at their premises

Requirements:
ITI certification or equivalent experience
0-2 years of experience in a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer-centric mindset
