Job Description

The role of the Global Systematic Literature Review Manager is to provide expertise in designing, executing, and managing literature review services within a global health economics function. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with product leads to align with the overall strategy.

  • Refine literature review questions in alignment with product leads and prepare research protocols;
  • Develop inclusion exclusion criteria within the PICO framework;
  • Design literature searches for electronic databases and grey literature;
  • Screen abstracts and full-texts to determine relevance based on PICO criteria;
  • Create and review PRISMA diagrams to document full-text study selection;
  • Develop and validate data abstraction tools, finalize analyzable datasets, draft evidence tables, figures, final reports, and presentation decks, interpreting patterns and trends;
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables;
  • Conduct training and onboarding for literature review tools and platforms;
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience of working with literature review platforms and AI tools;
  • Knowledge and experience of conducting meta-analyses;
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in pharmacy, health economics, public health, medicine, epidemiology, or a related health sciences field;
  • Years of relevant experience in systematic literature review methods in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or consulting setting;
  • Proficiency in biomedical databases, such as MEDLINE, Embase, and PubMed;
  • Strong understanding of research principles and implementation;
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills, with ability to tailor content to different stakeholders;
  • Skilled with reference management tools, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience on systematic review tools and citation databases;
