The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled PPC Specialist with 5-6 years of experience in social media advertising, particularly in Facebook, Instagram, and video advertising. They will have a proven track record of managing successful campaigns for FMCG and product-based clients, leveraging platforms like Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ads to deliver measurable results.

The role requires excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Strong communication and client management skills are also essential, as you'll be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and providing clear, insightful campaign updates and performance reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media advertising strategies for clients, aligning with their business goals and target audiences.
  • Platform Expertise: Utilize expertise in Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram & Twitter advertising, including ad formats, targeting options, bidding strategies, and ad creative best practices.
  • Video Advertising: Create and optimize video advertising campaigns across social media platforms, ensuring engaging and effective video content that drives conversions.
  • Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets effectively, optimizing campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Regularly monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate insights to make data-driven recommendations and adjustments for continuous improvement.
  • Ad Creative: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience and align with client branding.
  • Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Client Communication: Maintain strong client relationships by providing clear, insightful campaign updates and performance reports, as well as proactive recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 5-6 years of hands-on experience in social media advertising, with a strong focus on Facebook, Instagram, and video advertising.
  • Proven track record of managing successful PPC campaigns for FMCG and product-based clients.
  • Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital advertising trends and best practices.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits and opportunities for career growth.
