As a Business Development Manager/Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will be:
- To identify and pursue new business opportunities for Qualtrics-based professional services.
- To build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise and GCC clients in India.
- To develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- To collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, delivery, and marketing) to create compelling proposals and solutions tailored to client needs.
- To stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to position dentsu as a preferred partner.
- To negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to drive successful deal closures.
- To track and report sales performance, pipeline progress, and key client insights.
You will also need to possess:
- 5+ years of experience in selling software professional services within the Salesforce, Adobe, Qualtrics, SAP, or Oracle ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of customer experience (CX) solutions, enterprise software, and digital transformation services.
- Proven track record of successfully selling to Indian conglomerates and large enterprises.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience working in a consultative sales role, engaging with C-level executives.
