  • We are seeking a seasoned Kafka Specialist to spearhead the design and implementation of high-performance Kafka clusters.
  • The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of MirrorMaker, Kafka Streams, Schema Registry, and Kubernetes, with experience in automating cluster deployment and configuration using tools like Ansible and Chef.
  • This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to optimize partitioning, replication, and retention policies to ensure seamless data flow.
  • A successful candidate will also have expertise in integrating Kafka with ELK Stack and Solr for scalable data storage and analysis.
  • In addition, they will be responsible for managing ACL permissions, creating topics, and implementing end-to-end security with SSL/TLS.

About the Role

  • Design and implement high-performance Kafka clusters.
  • Automate cluster deployment and configuration using tools like Ansible and Chef.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in designing and implementing Kafka clusters.

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
