We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate II to join our Finance Global Business Services team in Bangalore. As a key member of our Commercial Analytics team, you will be responsible for providing analytical and consulting services to support our business growth and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver, and execute projects related to Commercial Effectiveness, including market and financial data analysis and recommendation of decisions.
  • Perform market and financial data analysis to advise management on project outcomes and provide updates on market activities to position the company effectively.
  • Conduct market research and gather market intelligence to enhance management decisions and prepare marketing and financial documents for presentation to higher management.
  • Present business outcomes to stakeholders and maintain up-to-date information on the latest economic trends in relevant markets to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a well-recognized institute.
  • 1.5+ years of relevant experience in the Pharma industry, with consulting experience a plus.
  • Strong analytical and strategic capabilities, with demonstrated experience in analyzing complex situations and synthesizing data to form a complete picture.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with different stakeholders, including customers, vendors, consultants, and project teams.
