Drive growth through strategic partnerships in the Indian education sector.

This high-visibility role is critical in driving the acquisition engine and engagement of our products in the education market. It requires the ability to independently evaluate potential partners and channels from a product-fit perspective to ensure effective delivery of penetration and engagement for relevant products from our ecosystem.

We are seeking a dynamic and policy-savvy leader to head Government Partnerships in India. This role will focus on partnering with key government stakeholders, mapping policy synergies, and driving product adoption across public education systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to expand our footprint in the Indian education sector.
  • Identify and engage with potential partners across ISVs, publishers, ICT players, APS chains, NGOs, labs, hardware suppliers, and other education-focused organizations.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements aligned with our strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure successful partner onboarding and enablement.
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with partners to promote our education offerings.
  • Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel management, preferably in the education or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful partner ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian education landscape and key stakeholders.
