Senior Qlik Sense Analytics Leader

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering custom analytics solutions, mentoring a team of developers, and cultivating strong client relationships to drive product innovation and satisfaction.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership role that blends deep technical expertise with strategic client management. The Senior Qlik Sense Analytics Leader will lead the design and delivery of complex Qlik Sense development projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Solutions & Relationship Management:
    • Partner directly with clients to understand and document their specific analytics and custom reporting needs.
    • Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.
    • Actively manage client feedback throughout the project lifecycle to refine solutions and build lasting relationships.
  • Technical Leadership:
    • Lead and oversee complex Qlik Sense development projects.
    • Design and implement sophisticated dashboards for risk and performance analytics.
    • Establish and enforce technical standards and best practices for the development team.
    • Review and approve technical solutions and guide key architectural decisions to ensure scalability and performance.
  • Team Management:
    • Lead and mentor a team of Qlik Sense developers, fostering their professional growth and technical skills.
    • Manage project priorities, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project delivery.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including product management and data teams, to align on project goals and dependencies.
    • Drive overall team performance and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in Qlik Sense development.
  • Strong expertise in data modeling and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
  • A background in financial services is preferred, with specific experience in risk and performance reporting.
  • Proven experience in managing and nurturing client relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership and project management.
