About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Responsible AI Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development of responsible AI practices across the enterprise.

This role requires a deep understanding of AI/ML systems, including traditional ML models, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ensuring the ethical development and deployment of AI models, with a strong focus on fairness, transparency, privacy, security, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and Audit AI/ML Systems: Assess the fairness, explainability, and robustness of AI/ML models, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop Responsible AI Frameworks: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement responsible AI principles based on industry standards, such as NIST AI RMF, OECD, and ISO/IEC 42001.
  • Maintain Multi-Cloud Compliance: Ensure that AI/ML systems deployed across cloud environments meet data residency, compliance, and ethical standards.
  • Tooling and Automation: Develop or integrate tools for model explainability, fairness, and privacy, and leverage LLM-specific eval frameworks.

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of Experience: In AI/ML evaluation, testing, or assurance roles, with a proven track record of ensuring the responsible development and deployment of AI models.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of AI/ML systems, including LLMs and generative AI, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into business risk language.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Degree: Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Ethics, or related field.
  • Experience with Model Evaluation Benchmarks: Familiarity with large-scale LLM testing frameworks and model evaluation benchmarks.
