Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

Rigel Networks Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based infrastructure solutions that meet the technical and business requirements of the organization.



Key Responsibilities


  • Design and implement cloud architecture blueprints that meet the organization's technical and business requirements.
  • Develop architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation plans to guide the cloud infrastructure development.
  • Lead the migration of on-premises applications and data to the cloud environment, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance.
  • Ensure cloud solutions adhere to industry standards and organizational policies for security, compliance, and data protection.
  • Implement automation for cloud infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Cloud Deployment Manager, or similar technologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Set up monitoring and alerting systems to ensure the health and performance of cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, software engineering, and IT teams to integrate cloud solutions with existing systems and processes.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of architectures, processes, and systems for internal use and future reference.
  • Stay updated on the latest cloud services and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.


Requirements


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud architecture, with at least 2-3 years focused on GCP.
  • GCP Professional Cloud Architect certification (or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in GCP services such as Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Kubernetes Engine, etc.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, including VPC, DNS, load balancing, and firewalls.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Cloud Deployment Manager.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience with multicloud environments.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Experience with AI/ML services on GCP.
