Technical Expert sought after for high-level management, prioritization, and design of critical systems.

Skilled professionals required to resolve complex issues with ease. They will participate in high-level management, prioritization, and design of critical systems.

Experts must have a deep understanding of one or two technology platforms, such as CyberArk, IAM process, Network, Firewall, Windows/Unix Administration, etc.

Successful candidates must be proactive in identifying problems and opportunities for continuous service improvement.

They should have prior experience with CyberArk configurations, major enhancements, and development with strong problem-solving skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Independent contributor for new demands.
  • Providing solutions for customer requirements.
  • Handling and troubleshooting priority incidents.
  • Patching and handling changes.
  • Creating knowledge base articles and technical documentation.
  • Log analysis on GPAM component servers.
  • Managing CyberArk tickets.
  • Setting up test systems.
  • Managing firewall changes.
  • 24/7 On-call Support.
  • Co-ordination with Engineering Team/process owners.

Qualifications, Experience, Technical and Functional Skills:

  • Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Business Analyst responsibilities.
  • Unix and Windows Administration.
  • Knowledge in networking/CCNA certification.
  • Good to Have:
  • CyberArk Defender, Sentry - Certification.
  • DevOps experience – having experience with Dynatrace/Docker/Puppet/Ansible/GIT tools.
  • PowerShell Scripting knowledge.
  • Key Competencies:
  • CyberArk PAM and AAM.
  • IAM, AD.
  • Networking, LB concepts.
